Your perception matters more so than you think
Your perception literally creates your reality, what you are thinking you are feeling and what you are feeling you are vibrating out and therefore creating more of in your life. Like attract like, right?
So next time you are perceiving things, yourself included, remember this:

I’ve got some good news:
How you view something, or someone is entirely subjective.
Here’s why it’s good news:
- You don’t have to worry about what others think of you
- You can CHANGE the way you THINK of others/things/etc.,
Let’s begin with number one:
1. Don’t worry about what anyone thinks of you:
FIRSTLY- You’re just as WORTHY as they are!
Now that we got that out of the way, here’s the deal:
You don’t have to worry about what others think of you because every human lives life through their own perception. This means that they have developed their own ‘lens’ of how they see life; be it themselves, others, things, etc., and will continue to do so.
Something that’s ‘wrong’ in your eyes, might be ‘right’ in someone else’s eyes because that is THEIR truth. It’s THEIR life path and therefore not your problem.
This is amazing news because you now know that what others think of you is OUT of your control entirely; which means you’re NOT responsible for it. And if you’re not responsible for it, then that means you don’t have to WORRY about it. And if you get to that ‘worry’ point, then now you’re CHOOSING to worry about it.
Ask instead, “what can I do that is in my control instead?”
But be careful to not control the wrong way, aka anything outside of yourself (i.e., life). Check out this article, How to Let Go of Control and Flow Through Life, to understand what I mean.
Anyway –
Not sure what’s in your control? Self-love, learning new things, loving humans more, partaking in your hobbies, controlling and utilizing your mind to your advantage, etc.,
Speaking of using your brain to your advantage…
2. You can CHANGE your perception:
This is the greatest news ever! Because we now have an excuse to actually…oh yeah, LOVE our lives.
Do you know how you LOVE your life? By loving the things IN your life.
Sounds simple, huh?
Well, it is- but we don’t make it so!
We choose to activate a negative perception and therefore respond negatively TO things, resulting in even MORE negativity. Instead, we can learn to perceive things in a new light by developing and practicing positive thoughts/feelings/etc., about that thing, person, place, etc.,
When you’re ‘thinking’ negatively about something, you then catch the negative feelings for it- which makes you RESPOND to life that same way; therefore inviting more negativity into your life.
If you can’t let turn something into a positive- Forgive yourself, it, etc., LET. IT. GO.
It’s not good for your mind, body, and life. You can choose wisely in both how you perceive your inside world AND your outside world. Change always begins with you, you just have to WANT it and not settle for anything less.
