We are the ones that give power to our thoughts. We are the ones that define their meaning and then attach ourselves to it. When we attach ourselves to the thought, we believe it and therefore give it power. Which means that now that thought rules us versus us ruling it. However, it’s not like that can’t be changed. You must begin to shift what you want your thoughts to be and begin giving power to the good thoughts by collecting data in your own life and trusting that you’re on your way to better.

Our minds are very powerful. We are very powerful as human beings. Why not use that power to our advantage instead of allowing it to rule US?
