“Kindness is loaning someone your strength instead of reminding them of their weakness.” -Unknown

Kindness is something that we have learned to grow out of somehow. When we are children, kindness is heavily promoted. When we are adults, we can barely speak it because things, people, our life, is not up to par with how we’d imagine it to be.

Anywhoo, this year is coming to a close, and before I give my own conclusion to this year – I wanted to remind everyone about the importance of kindness.

IMAGINE THIS:

✨You’re really happy – like the happiest you’ve ever been. It’s really easy to be kind to others when you’re happy, right? You don’t blame others, encourage them to change, etc., because when you’re really happy you’re not looking at the outside to give you something. You already feel it within.

Well, what if you can always be that? Kind, I mean. What if you can cultivate your own inner-happiness by simply being more kind to yourself and those around you? What if it’s really that simple and we don’t need some outside concoction to give you something that’s already possible within you?

In order to invite more happiness into your life naturally, spread more kindness around you. And always begin with yourself as kindness amplifies when you give it to yourself first and activates your own inner sparkle ✨

Do you know how naturally it is to invite happiness into your life just by spreading kindness? Here are some easy to do example right now:

-Send a text to someone you love.

-Help an elderly person’s life easier by offering your strength.

-Sending someone a letter just to show them how much you appreciate their soul.

-Donating $10 dollars to a cause you care about.

…The list goes on and on.

Anyway, I know that’s a little extra dose of positivity in there that some of you may not have been expecting, but, ya know, it’s Monday. #whynot
