“Remove the “I want you to like me” sticker from your forehead. Instead, place it on the mirror, where it belongs.” -Liana Gergely

Liana Gergely says it best here!

Who else has struggled with this?

I definitely am a people-pleaser, always had to play a *role* for people to agree, until I got really sick of the sh*t I was doing.

If it isn’t in alignment with who you are/your soul – it ain’t for you. That doesn’t have to be right vs wrong, it’s just not for you. Just as a banana might taste awful than to someone else who loves bananas.

It’s not a big deal.

[From my Soul to me:]

But don’t fake your way to please others – it isn’t who you are so a) it’s not going to work, and b) it’s clearly a waste of time as you aren’t into it yourself.

We are all different for a reason, we have to learn how to embrace it. And by learning to embrace it we first have to be in acceptance of it and then learn to love it – because it’s what we got. And that’s everything and more already.

You are truly a magical human. Yeah, you may not believe it, yet. That’s okay. But, when you learn how to accept and love you for the whole you – that’s where the change appears from the inside out and will then reflect from the outside in.

Love, Love, Love yourself. One step a time. One day at a time. Don’t let the world miss out on the real you; on the best you.

Alright, ya’ll, I’m going to stick this on my mirror…and get back to you on that.

And thank you, Liana Gergely, for your wonderful and impactful wisdom 🙌
