“Quiet the mind and the soul will speak.” -Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati

Meditation was something that initially was very difficult for me. It’s hard to slow down or stop your mind when it has been on default mode your whole life.

Only in the last 4~ months have I been doing it daily and, and I’m so grateful to be able to have this habit in my lifestyle. Because it’s not only a habit – it’s a way of living.

The number of abundant benefits that come from meditation can not only be felt but cause a ripple effect that will also allow change to occur within you naturally.

Meditation has always left me calm, level-headed, and at ease. It’s allowed me to make room to work on and heal myself while also being able to respond to my life in ways that feel good and are right for my soul.

During this time particularly- we are awaking to our planet and our souls. Mother earth is telling us to S L O W down and to go inward instead of hustling externally 24/7.

There’s never been a more important and impactful time to sit and ground yourself than right now. It’s a time to go inward and to heal, grow, and thrive from our souls!
