Physical Products (Oracle Deck)
Our oracle deck is produced and shipped by a trusted third-party printer. Because production begins immediately after ordering, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is submitted. If your deck arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can coordinate a replacement or refund through the printer’s policy.
Exceptions & Cancellations
- If you experience trouble accessing a digital file or course, email us and we’ll re-send links or restore access.
- If a duplicate purchase occurred by mistake, contact us within 24 hours of purchase for review and a possible refund of the duplicate charge.
