Is this the same as procrastination?
Related but narrower. Procrastination describes delay in general; this is specifically about the freeze at the fork β the email in drafts, the course unopened, the move that has been under consideration for three years. Naming the guard tends to be more useful than naming the delay.
What if I'm just researching properly?
