Because our products are primarily digital and instantly accessible, all sales of digital items are final — with one deliberate exception, the lifetime membership guarantee below. Once a file has been accessed, opened, or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

The 14-Day Lifetime Membership Guarantee

The one-time lifetime Sanctuary membership may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Card purchases include a private self-service refund link in the purchase confirmation email — using it returns the full amount to your original payment method automatically and ends membership access. For purchases made through PayPal or WooCommerce, or if you can’t find your link, email olya@positivitysparkles.com within the 14-day window. This guarantee applies once per purchaser, to the lifetime membership only.

Non-Returnable Items Include

• Printable journals, workbooks, and trackers
• Downloadable software files or templates
• Online courses, workshops, digital programs, and interactive rooms

Physical Products (Oracle Deck)

Our oracle deck is produced and shipped by a trusted third-party printer. Because production begins immediately after ordering, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is submitted. If your deck arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can coordinate a replacement or refund through the printer’s policy.

Exceptions & Cancellations

• If you experience trouble accessing a digital file or course, email us and we’ll re-send links or restore access.
• If a duplicate purchase occurred by mistake, contact us within 24 hours of purchase for review and a possible refund of the duplicate charge.
• Monthly and yearly memberships can be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
